All new orders and inquiries, must be placed via our contact form at the bottom of this page. A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required on ALL custom orders regardless of size and complexity. A submitted inquiry must be received prior to scheduling a tasting or consultation. We will follow up via email typically within 48 hours (please note that we are out of the office on Mondays and Tuesdays).
